These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SynqRx by pharmacy organizations and authorized staff. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorized by your organization to access SynqRx. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and ensuring only authorized users access the service.
3. Use of the service
SynqRx is intended for pharmacy workflow management. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or use the service in violation of applicable laws, professional standards, or your organization policies.
4. PHI responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of patient information entered into SynqRx and for using the service in accordance with privacy and health information laws that apply to your organization. SynqRx acts as a service provider and processes information only to deliver the service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to your plan. Trials, pricing, and plan limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
6. Security and safeguards
SynqRx implements technical and organizational safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. You agree to follow security best practices and to promptly report suspected security incidents.
7. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information. By using SynqRx, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy and Information Practices.
8. Availability and support
We strive to keep SynqRx available and reliable, but service interruptions may occur. Support is provided as described in your plan.
9. Disclaimers and limitations
SynqRx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. You may terminate your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
